According to the report presented by the officials from CISA, China's average daily steel production will continue hovering around 2 million metric tons in June of this year.
As well as known to all, impacted by the sluggish steel market, Chinese steelmakers have decided to cut their production in the short run. However, experts said that the production reductions is still not enough to make the average daily crude steel output below 2 million tons in June.
Generally speaking, the capacity utilization rate for China's steelmakers is still remaining at a comparatively high level. Therefore, we deem that it's very difficult for domestic steel market to shown a robust trend in the short run.
